Enrollment Procedure for Academic Year 2021-2022
Welcome to another year at La Immaculada Concepcion School! We are so excited for the coming academic year, and we are very happy to experience it with you.
Enrolling at La Immaculada Concepcion School has been made easier than ever. There are three easy steps for you to follow.
But first, kindly check your child’s school email for any Statements of Account (SOA) that might have been missed. Only students with cleared accounts will be allowed to enroll. You may get in touch with the Accounting Department to confirm your child’s account details.
Step 1: Enrollment Clearance
Your copy of the Enrollment Assessment Form was sent to your child’s school email address. Kindly, read the Enrollment Assessment Form for A.Y. 2021-2022 completely.
Please fill up the blanks and have your parent or guardian sign them.
Scan or take pictures of all three pages and upload them via the Enrollment Assessment Submission Form.
Step 2: Payment
Kindly follow the payment procedure, which is on page 3 of your Enrollment Assessment Form.
You may upload the scanned proof of payment using the Proof of Payment Submission Form.
Kindly wait for confirmation from the Accounting Department that the payment has been recorded and credited to your child’s account.
Step 3: Enrollment Confirmation
The Office of the Registrar will send a confirmation email informing you of your child’s enrollment for AY 2021-2022 at La Immaculada Concepcion School.
If your child is a new student or a returnee, you will also receive instructions on your child’s GSE, Griffin and Athena accounts.
