Enrollment Procedure for Academic Year 2023-2024
Welcome to another year at La Immaculada Concepcion School! We are so excited about the coming academic year, and we are thrilled to experience it with you.

Enrolling at La Immaculada Concepcion School has been made easier than ever. There are three easy steps for you to follow.
But first, kindly check your child’s school email for any Statements of Account (SOA) that you might have missed. Only students with cleared accounts will be allowed to enroll. You may contact the Accounting Department to confirm your child’s account details.
Step 1: Enrollment Clearance
The Enrollment Assessment Form will be sent to the student’s email addresses beginning the week of March 20-24, 2023.
Kindly read the Enrollment Assessment Form for A.Y. 2023-2024 thoroughly. The Terms and Conditions can also be viewed here.
Please fill up the blanks and have your parent or guardian sign them.
Scan or take pictures of all three pages and upload them via the Enrollment Assessment Submission Form.
Step 2: Payment
Kindly follow the payment procedure on page 3 of your Enrollment Assessment Form.
You may upload the scanned proof of payment using the Proof of Payment Submission Form.
Kindly wait for confirmation from the Accounting Department that the payment has been recorded and credited to your child’s account.
Step 3: Enrollment Confirmation
The Office of the Registrar will send a confirmation email informing you of your child’s enrollment for AY 2023-2024 at La Immaculada Concepcion School.
If your child is a new student or a returnee, you will also receive instructions on your child’s GSE, Griffin and Athena accounts.
